Health & Illness Policy
For the safety of all dogs, any dog showing signs of illness — including but not limited to diarrhea, vomiting, coughing, sneezing, nasal discharge, or lethargy — must stay home and will be rescheduled.
Dogs showing symptoms prior to arrival or at drop-off will not be admitted. In some cases, veterinary clearance may be required before returning to any program.
If your dog has recently been diagnosed with kennel cough or Bordetella, written veterinary clearance confirming the dog is no longer contagious (negative test or clearance note) is required prior to participation.
These policies are strictly enforced to protect the health and well-being of all dogs in our care.
