Our Observation Session is designed to help us determine the best training program for your dog and to see if you and your dog are a good fit for our style of training.
During this session, we:
- Evaluate your dog’s behavior, skills, and needs
- Understand your history and experience with your dog
- Assess if our programs are a good fit for your dog and your family
Please Note:
- This is not a training session.
- The goal is to observe the relationship between you and your dog, and to identify exactly what your dog needs to thrive in our programs.
- All dogs are required to have an Observation Session before beginning any training program.
Once you purchase your Observation Session, please reach out to schedule your appointment. All appointments must be completed within 4 months of purchase.
If you or your dog are sick for any of our sessions, rescheduling is a must to keep all people and dogs in the clear.

Illness & Contagious Disease Policy
Clients agree that dogs displaying signs of illness, including but not limited to vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, sneezing, nasal discharge, lethargy, or fever, are not permitted to attend training or enrichment services.
Dogs exhibiting symptoms prior to or at drop-off will be refused entry and must be rescheduled. The trainer reserves the right to require veterinary clearance before the dog may return.
Dogs with a recent diagnosis or suspected exposure to kennel cough or Bordetella must provide written veterinary clearance confirming the dog is no longer contagious, including a negative test or official clearance note, prior to resuming services.
This policy is non-negotiable and enforced to protect all dogs on site.
